Style Mile
HOW WE BROUGHT TECHNOLOGY TO ONE OF THE OLDEST PARTS OF DELHI
Brief
Style Mile, as the name suggests is one of the most fashionable and leisure-oriented streets in New Delhi. Inspired by European street culture, the style mile brings together the old heritage fused with high street style giving a new dimension to this quaint area.
The high-end street mall already had stores like Sabyasachi, Tarun Tahiliani and Kayra but they all did business as individual stores. The client always wanted to tell the story of the Street as one, and therefore, contracted us to build a platform where customers could engage with all these brands under one roof.

Deliverables
Our idea was to not just build a platform or app and list all the stores along the strip, but to make it engaging for the customers and useful for businesses at the same time. Only then could we ensure repeat usage and user retention. For this we leveraged our in-house product- Phylo. We used the same proximity marketing technology, i.e. a network of BLE beacons and QR codes to power the StyleMile app.

Results
The app is currently in beta phase but has received amazing response from both, the merchants and the few customers it was shown to. Apart from a beautiful design, the app makes use of proximity detection to let store owners know when a privileged customer walks in and also prompts customers to shop when in vicinity. Stores and restaurants now have a common platform to engage customers through updates, special passes and loyalty points.
