KWALS is the largest Food Court O & M Operator in India, serving malls and large office complexes with their experience in Hospitality, Food, People Management and Relationships in the industry, having tie ups with all major QSR brands to give extremely vibrant food courts.

Because of the scale of operations and general push towards digital payments, the client wanted a custom solution which could handle billing, manage inventory, run loyalty programs, accept online orders and digital payments and sync with the backend accounting system. Since there were so many moving parts in the whole setup, we built the complete platform from scratch. We also partnered with Mobikwik, one of the leading payment processors and digital wallet companies in India, to offer integrated wallet facility to the customers.

Results
The POS and customer app were a huge success, especially because of the integration of Mobikwik digital wallet and loyalty points, which were not being offered earlier. This helped KWALS increase their revenue base by almost 17% and reduced load on manpower as well.
